Project: “Sandesh Smart”

Requirement: Communicative Design – Launch of “Sandesh Smart” App

Deliverables: outdoor media and paper advt.

The Product: Sandesh Smart – augmented reality (AR) app was an ambitious project that Sandesh newspaper had undertaken. Ambitious for the reason that the AR technology was for the first time getting introduced by a regional newspaper in the country and it needed a communication and campaign which not only educates the readers about its multimedia capabilities but also creates curiosity and action.

The Design: BRIM realized that the audience needed to respond to the launch in a very direct manner and in easy language so that maximal mobile readership can be attained. Our design was kept simple and the copy text was a step- by –step guided communication.

The Process & Outcome Feedback from Client: “When BRIM set out to work on the Sandesh Smart project, we were delightfully surprised to see a clutter free campaign which also solved our communication challenge through a very ‘smart’ visual depiction supported by a minimalistic copy. And the fact that the Sandesh Smart launch saw over 2 lakh downloads in the first 10 days of its launch is a testimony of the fact that the campaign created by BRIM was able to draw the attention of the readers in an excellent manner.”
